GOVINDARAJAN - Corporate Laws / IBC / SEBI - Dated:- 27-6-2013 - - Business Responsibility Report is a disclosure of adoption of responsible business practices by a listed company to all its stakeholders. SEBI vide its circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/8/2012, dated 13.08.2012 made it mandatory for the top 100 listed companies based on market capitalization. Other listed companies can voluntarily disclose Business Responsibility reports as part of their annual reports.
