This was followed by panel discussions, in which eminent personalities and experts are participating. Among others, Secretary for Finance, Government of Republic of the Philippines and Minister of Finance II, Malaysia, would also participate in the panel Session on the theme Realizing the Asian Century , which will be Chaired by the Union Finance Minister Shri Pranab Mukherjee.
