Dear Sir, I have filled the ST-3 return online for BAS, TIC GTA but today while i cheked the status the return was rejected due to abbtement notification no / sl no was not mentioned properly. i had mentioned 6/2005 in the notification no. kindly let me know which notification no is to be mentioned as there is only 2 days left to file the returns online. ..... eply By rohit rao - The Reply = Dear Sir, Thanks for the reply, but i am already mentioning the same notification nu which you have told ie 6/2005 -st , but still my E-returns status is rejected and the reason is if no abatement notification no /sl no is slected then abatement amount claimed should be Zero . From the drop box menu, GTA notification that can be selected in Not 13/08. Pl show the same and your Return will be accepted - service tax return .....
