Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Plates/Sheets/hoops & Strips/ Wide Coils/Circles - Standards of Input Output Norms (SION) - C. Engineering ProductsExtract C526 Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Plates/Sheets/hoops Strips/ Wide Coils/Circles 1000 kgs 1 HRSS Wide Coils / Strips of relevant grade 1075 kg 2 PVC Film (with glue) As per packing Policy 3 Relevant Steel Shots (only against export product in short blasted condition) 5 kg 4 Kraft Inter-leaving Paper As per packing Policy 5 Ditamacous Earth 0.4 kg 6 Relevant CI / Steel Rolls for Cold Rolling Mill 0.6 kg 7 Furnace Oil or other Relevant Fuel for electric power for CRM Auxiliaries ( for units with Captive Power plant/Source only) 140 Kg Furnace Oil OR 12,18,000 K.Cal other relevant fuel(s). 8 LPG or other Relevant fuel for annealing furnace (against export of annealed products only) 60 Kg LPG. Or 6,24,000 K.Cal other relevant fuel(s). Note 1 : Import of energy sources/ fuel(s) as at Sl. No. 7 8 of the import list may be permitted provided the fuel is relevant to the installed facilities in a given unit. Quantity of such fuel (in Kgs./ cubic meters/ K. liters) other than Furnace oil LPGs may be worked out by dividing the specified K.Cal figures given in the SION by the actual unit heat value of the imported fuel. Note 2 : The specified quantity of energy sources (in K.Cal) for electic power generation for cold rolling mill, which corresponds to 600 KWH/ tonne of export product, have been allowed assuming captive power plant/ source of at-least matching capacity exist. In case, the CPP/ source in a given unit is of lower capacity, quantity of fuel to be allowed for import will be reduced on pro rata basis. Note-3: In case the export product is Circle/circular blanks punched out from CR Stainless Steel Sheets/Strips/Wide coils, the quantities of imported inputs will increase which may be obtained by multiplying the given quantities by a factor of 1.16.
