..... order dated 26.06.2012 that Ahmedabad Bench in the case of Indian Steel Corporation Limited vs. CCE, Rajkot [order No. S/1164/WZB/AHD/2012,] on the same issue, has granted waiver of confirmed dues. Since a view has already been taken by this very Bench, I do not find any reason to take a different view.
