JUDGEMENT Per : B.S.V.MURTHY Appellant is availing SSI exemption in respect of manufacture and supply of HDPE bottles meant for packing coconut oil bearing brand name of 'Shalimar' for M/s Shalimar Chemical Works (SCWL).
