Since, the Shipping Documents/Shipping Bill contains the names of manufacturer and the Ultimate exporter ( who raises the commercial invoice and receive the foreign exchange can claim the benefit on a disclaimer from the manufacturer). Yes, if your exporter is claiming advnce authorisation for export which is vaild, because he has exporting goods against procurement of imported inputs, this benifit is pertaining to qty and value wise. if he has received realization in indian rupees he will showing export thru third party.
