Dear Sir I exported pershiable goods to Dubai In which i use some other exporter factory stuffing permission documents for container stuffing So in that i will be the third party exporter So i want to know that under meis scheme i have to claim incentive so i am able to claim that incentive. Or the payment come to my A/C in USD so the brc is issued from my name or first exporter name. Kindl .....

Yes you can eligable to get MEIS incentive , when you exproted goods from other factory, you will be exporter so all realisation will come to your account and you will get BRC in your name only .....
