Third party export

  • Contents

Dear Sir

I exported pershiable goods to Dubai

In which i use some other exporter factory stuffing permission documents for container stuffing

So in that i will be the third party exporter

So i want to know that under meis scheme i have to claim incentive so i am able to claim that incentive.

Or the payment come to my A/C in USD so the brc is issued from my name or first exporter name.

Kindly guide me in this issue.

Thanking you

Shubham Agarwal

Yes you can eligable to get MEIS incentive , when you exproted goods from other factory, you will be exporter so all realisation will come to your account and you will get BRC in your name only . because Export invoice will be issued by you. export name will be appear only shipping bill as supporting manufacturer.

Thanks for your valuable advise

But sir in shipping bill first party exporter is manufacturer(whose factory permission i use) and my name on the shipping bill under third party exporter

Please clear my doubt and brc will generate from whom name mine or manufacturer

As a mechant exporter, you have to raised your bill for export, as a supporting manufacturer, your supplier will raised GST bill by as per notification 41/2017 dated 23.10.2017. which has only up to ICD.

Your case is not 3ed party exports but its a purely "Merchant Export" business.

Merchant exporter is eligible to get all export incentives, you will surely get MEIS
