Moreover, if you have GST IEC under your own personal name then = Firm (Company in your words) Proprietorshiprship Firm with your personal name. For future aspects moving forward business in personal name is not too good , so I advise you to amend your GST, your legal name would be as per PAN (Your name) but you can enter different .....
