Candidates have the option to answer either in Hindi or English. The date of the written examination shall not be changed even if it is declared a holiday. Incomplete applications, applications received prior to the issue of the notice by DGICCE and applications received after 17 th November 2017, 06.00 PM shall not be entertained under any circumstances. 10.
