The observations/directions made by the Chairman and discussions during the course of the presentation on Time Release Study are as under: 3.1 IMPORT CLEARANCE The percentage of RMS facilitated bills where no assessment and no examination prescribed during the last three months increased from 65.80% to 72.27%. The cumulative percentage for registration of goods within 24 hrs of payment of duty was only 29.62% and within 72 hrs was 66.69%.
