..... ear 2012-13, the return of income was filed on 22.10.2012, declaring 'nil' income after claiming deduction u/s 80P of the I.T.Act. The Assessing Officer passed an order u/s 143(3) of the I.T.Act vide order dated 23/03/2015 disallowing the claim of deduction u/s 80P of the I.T.Act.
