The tax charged by him on the tax invoice could be either Central Tax (CGST) and State Tax (SGST) / Union Territory Tax (UT) or Integrated tax (IGST). Even if a registered person is registered under GST but has opted for composition scheme then that person is not allowed to take the benefit of ITC.
