GOVINDARAJAN - Income Tax - Dated:- 15-4-2022 - - Scheme The Central Government made the e-Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2022 vide Notification No. 27/2022, dated 05.04.2022 which came into effect from 05.04.2022. This scheme describes the procedure to the resolution of disputes electronically followed by the various faceless schemes introduced by the Government. There is a paradigm shift from the existing dispute resolution to the electronic dispute resolution in which no personal appearance of the assessees or authorized representatives is required.
