Para 21 substituted the existing Rule 110 for a new Rule. Para 22 substituted the existing Rule 111 for a new Rule. Para 23 inserted a new Rule 113A . Appeal to Appellate Tribunal The newly substituted Rule 110 provides the procedure for filing appeal before the Appellate Tribunal as detailed below- An appeal to the Appellate Tribunal shall be filed in FORM GST APL-05 , duly signed, along with the relevant documents, electronically.
