The notification amends the import policy for HS code 96139000 (parts of lighters) under Chapter 96 of the ITC (HS) 2022. The import policy for parts of pocket lighters, gas fuelled, non-refillable or refillable is revised from 'Free' to 'Restricted' with immediate effect.
