Central Government notified that no deduction of income-tax under Chapter XVII of Income-tax Act, 1961 shall be made on payments received by National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited, being a company established and wholly financed by Central Government for operating credit guarantee funds referred to in section 10(46B)(i).
