Mandatory NISM Certification for Investment Advisers, Principal Officers, Associated Persons & Partners.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) mandates that individual investment advisers, principal officers of non-individual investment advisers, associated persons providing investment advice, and partners in investment adviser firms must obtain NISM certifications. These include Series X-A (Level 1) and Series X-B (Level 2) for new certifications, and Series X-C for renewals before current certifications expire.
