SEBI amends Regulations for Depositories and Participants, requiring depositories to pay a percentage of annual custody charges to the Board monthly within 15 days.

The SEBI amended the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The key change is in regulation 9, which now mandates that a depository must pay a percentage of the annual custody charges received from issuers to the Board within fifteen days from the end of each month.
