Huge delay condoned as applicant showed lethargic attitude in filing appeal.

HC dismissed the application for condonation of delay of 404 days in filing the appeal. The applicant exhibited a lethargic attitude and negligence in filing the Letters Patent Appeal despite being aware of the period for filing. Sufficient cause was not shown to condone the huge delay.
