The Central Government, exercising powers under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 and Foreign Trade Policy 2023, permitted export of 200,000 metric tons of wheat (HSN 1001) to Nepal through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL).
