This notification notifies Monthly/Quarterly Return (E.R. 1) under Rule 12 of the Central Excise (No.2) Rules, 2001

In pursuance of rule 12 of the Central Excise (No.2) Rules, 2001, the Board hereby notifies the proper forms for the purposes of this rule, namely: -

Monthly/Quarterly Return

2. This notification shall come into force on 1^st July, 2001.
