The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai upheld the order of the Commissioner (Appeals) regarding the classification of Snap Ring, Elastic ring, Contract Ring, and Security ring under CET sub-heading 7318.90 as items of general use made of iron and steel, rejecting the Revenue's appeal.
