2006 (5) TMI 252 - AT - Customs

The appeal for restoration is granted by the Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi. The appellant, a Head Constable, failed to comply with deposit instructions due to being apprehended for illegal activity. Restoration is allowed if the penalty amount of Rs. 1 lakh is deposited within 2 weeks. Compliance report due on 12th June, 2006.
