The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Ahmedabad, in the case of non-compliance with a stay order, directed the appellant to deposit duty amount of Rs. 1,56,000 within eight weeks. The appeal was dismissed for undervaluation of products and adding extra charges to assessable value. Compliance was to be reported to the Commissioner (Appeals) for further action.
