2009 (3) TMI 763 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi dismissed the appeal of Revenue as the review order was undated and lacked reasons for finding the appeal order not legal. The appeal was deemed not maintainable. The cross objection was also disposed of accordingly.
