1982 (9) TMI 212 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The assessee filed a revision related to the assessment year 1970-71. Despite claiming to have made a deposit, the appeal was rejected for not meeting the statutory deposit requirement. The High Court upheld the rejection, and the revision was dismissed with costs of Rs. 200.
