1978 (9) TMI 170 - CGOVT - Customs

The petitioners did not attend personal hearings on 17-2-1978 and 11-7-1978. Government considered points raised in Revision Application. Petitioners claimed goods were not fully manufactured, but this was not accepted. Appellate Collector's decision upheld, no denial of natural justice. Revision Application rejected.
