The Madras High Court granted interim stay in M.P. No. 1 of 2011 in C.M.A. No. 3435 of 2011 filed by Sri Rama Vilas Services Ltd. against CESTAT Final Order No. 543/2011. The stay was subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits the tax involved in the appeal.
