Versus UNION OF INDIA 2008 (10) TMI 344 - PUNJAB & HARYANA HIGH COURT contested where it was held that documents being forged the appellant could not be allowed to take advantage of exemption - Held that - the decision in the above case upheld - present appeal dismissed - decided against appellant.
