The High Court of Kerala dismissed a writ appeal challenging an interim order dated 2/7/2013. The order allowed the writ petition to stand admitted and imposed an interim order subject to appropriate conditions to safeguard the Revenue. Appellants were given the option to file an application before the Single Judge to vacate the stay order.
