Application of rectification of mistake in the order 2014 (2) TMI 782 - CESTAT AHMEDABAD - appellant seeks to reargue the matter on the question of valuation of one of the goods imported i.e. 16mm TMT Steel Bars - Held that - The final order was passed after considering the written submissions made by both sides on the issue and wherein the bench was coming to a conclusion, in the absence of separate value for 16mm TMT Bars, separate duty cannot be assessed for 16mm TMT Bars. We have addressed the concerns of both sides in the impugned order. - Application dismissed - Decided against the assessee.
