2010 (12) TMI 1215 - HC - Customs

Provisional release of seized ship - Held that - provisional release order would be passed as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of seven days from today.

The High Court of Bombay ordered the Customs Authorities to pass a provisional release order for a ship purchased by petitioners within seven days. Stand over to 12th January 2011.
