The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal regarding the acquisition of property from a citizen of Pakistan under the Enemy Property Act, 1968. The appellants could not acquire valid title as the seller lost citizenship upon migration. The sale was deemed void, and the appeal was dismissed with no costs.
