Re-exporting of goods - The petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondent through its authorised representative with regard to the re-exporting of the goods in question within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order - On receipt of such representation the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter - The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
