Outstanding refund amount - order passed as early as on 14/2/2007 - Held that - Dispose of this writ petition directing that if Ext.P1 order holding that there was no irregularity warranting the detention and furnishing of security has become final and if there is no other liability due from the petitioner, the respondents will ensure that the amount is refunded to him at any rate within 4 weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.
