Denial of liability to pay service tax under Mandap Keeper's Services or under the 'Club or Association Services by assessee, i.e.Club - The petitioner is giving service to its members but the club is formed on the principle of mutuality - HELD THAT - The issue involved in these cases has been referred to the Larger Bench in the case of STATE OF WEST BENGAL AND OTHERS VERSUS CALCUTTA CLUB LIMITED 2016 (6) TMI 476 - SUPREME COURT . Let these appeals be also listed before the larger Bench along with the aforesaid matter after taking orders from Hon ble the Chief Justice of India.
