Delay in adjudicating the case - breach in time limit as prescribed under Regulation 22 of the Customs House Agent s Licensing Regulations (CHALR), 2004 - HELD THAT - The order of the tribunal is set aside by directing the tribunal to rehear the appeal on merit preferably at the next sitting of its division bench and pass a reasoned order after hearing the interested parties - it is directed that because the show cause notice is of 6th April, 2016 regarding revocation of Customs House Agency License of the respondent. In deciding the appeal the tribunal will treat the timeline for submission of the enquiry report as directory and shall dispose of the appeal on merits - appeal disposed off.
