Benami transaction - suit for schedule property - HELD THAT - Both parties had agreed to maintain status quo qua the suit schedule property before the trial Court till disposal of the suit. Accordingly hereby direct the trial Court to decide the suit by giving opportunity to both parties within one (01) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the above these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of
