The High Court of Delhi issued an order for the Adjudicating Authority to proceed with proceedings but not pass a final order regarding a petitioner until the next hearing on 13th February 2020. The petitioner's counsel argued that the alleged offence was not a Schedule Offence under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. The respondent's counsel mentioned that the petitioner has an alternate remedy through objections before the Adjudicating Authority.
