Act 2017 to which the petitioner has filed a reply on 11.06.2018 but the respondent authorities are not disposing of the petitioner s reply at all - HELD THAT - The respondents are directed to pass orders on the petitioner s reply dated 11.06.2018 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today. Petition disposed off.
The Allahabad High Court directed the respondent authorities to pass orders on the petitioner's reply to a show cause notice under Section 142(1) of the G.S.T. Act, 2017 within three weeks. The Writ Petition was disposed of with no costs.
