Petitioner states that he will take necessary steps to challenge the order dated 11 May 2020 and seeks leave to withdraw the Petition and to take appropriate action to challenge the order dated 11 May 2020. Writ Petition as well as Interim Application are disposed of.
The Bombay High Court heard an application seeking to restrain the enforcement of an order passed by the Adjudication Authority under the Prohibition of Benami Property Transaction Act 1988. The court found that since the final order had been passed, the petition challenging interim orders was no longer valid. The petitioner sought to challenge the final order and withdrew the petition. The court disposed of both the writ petition and the interim application.
