Maintainability of appeal - application for modification of order on the ground that the Settlement Plan, filed on 13.02.2020 covers all the allottees - HELD THAT - The appellant is permitted to move such an application for modification. There would be liberty to approach this Court in case such application is not allowed. Appeal disposed off.
