Seeking substitution of the proposed IRP Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain with Mr. Pradeep Kumar Kabra - HELD THAT - Keeping in view the facts and circumstances mentioned in the application as Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain, earlier proposed IRP is having some health issues, IA No. 281/2022 is allowed and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Kabra, newly proposed IRP is substituted in place of Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain. Application is disposed of accordingly.

Summary

The National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench allowed the substitution of the proposed IRP from Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain to Mr. Pradeep Kumar Kabra under Section 60(5) of the I&B Code, 2016 due to health issues of the former. The case CP (IB) No. 239/Chd/Hry/2021 is still pending with orders reserved.
