Input service credit on the service tax paid on Health Insurance, Canteen services & Transportation of employees - appellants have already pre-deposited nearly 40 to 50% of the duty amounts demanded. The appellants have relied on several case laws in their favour. Therefore that stay applications are allowed by granting waiver of pre-deposit of the balance amount of duty and penalty
