Grant of stay - appeal is pending before this Court arising out of a previous order - HELD THAT - Since the proceedings are still pending before the NCLAT we are not expressing any view on the merits. However we grant permission to the appellant to apply before the NCLAT for modification of the order of stay or for vacating the stay - NCLAT may take up the application with all reasonable dispatch preferably within a period of two weeks from the date when the application for modification of the order of stay or for vacating the stay is filed. Appeal disposed off.
