2019 (4) TMI 2143 - HC - Indian LawsEnhancement of retirement age of the respondent to 65 years - HELD THAT - The order passed in the case of UNION OF INDIA VERSUS DR HP SINGH 2018 (11) TMI 1951 - DELHI HIGH COURT was carried to this Court by the Union of India, where it was held that In case the respondent continued to serve the petitioner even after attaining the age of 60 years, and he continues to do so, the petitioner is directed to make payment of arrears of salary and allowances to the respondent within four weeks from today, and to continue to pay his salary and other allowances in future till the respondent superannuates at the age of 65 years. The present writ petition dismissed.
The Delhi High Court allowed exemption in C.M. No. 14737/2019. W.P.(C) 3210/2019 was dismissed based on a previous order dated 15.11.2018 in W.P. (C.) No. 460/2018.
