Appropriate forum - forum conveniens - The High Court of Delhi 2018 (12) TMI 443 - DELHI HIGH COURT has, by the impugned judgment, decided that as a matter of forum conveniens, the petitioners should approach the High Court of Bombay - HELD THAT - It is agreed upon with the High Court - The interim protection, that has been granted by the High Court of Delhi till 15.12.2018, will continue for one more month from today so that the petitioners may approach the High Court of Bombay and ask for interim relief. SLP disposed off.
