Revenue requesting for adjournment of case - When the case was called, a letter was produced by Revenue informing that the Jt. CDR is to conduct this case and he is out of station to deliver a lecture in the National Academy of Customs, Excise and Narcotics, Faridabad (NACEN) - revenue involved is more than rupees one crore. In these circumstances we are not happy at the request made by Revenue and we expect that in future Revenue will not ask for such adjournments case is adjourned
